About

Zaozhuang University is a full-time public undergraduate university in Shandong Province, China. Established in 1971 as Zaozhuang Teachers Training School, it became Zaozhuang Teachers College in 1984 and was upgraded to a university in 2004. In 2024, it was approved to grant master’s degrees. The university counts academicians Wang Zikun, Yao Jianquan, and Wu Feng among its honorary leaders.

The university has two campuses, covering over 2,900 mu in total, and enrolls 28,000 full-time students. It has 22 schools offering 68 undergraduate programs across 10 disciplines and two master’s programs. Zaozhuang University is committed to regional service, applied education, innovation, and international cooperation, and maintains partnerships with 74 institutions across 19 countries.

With over 1,700 faculty members—96% holding postgraduate degrees—the university excels in teaching, research, and industry-education integration.   • Language proficiency certificates: TOEFL≥80, IELTS≥ 6.0 or Duo-lingo English Test ≥ 90; or Medium of Introduction Certificate.

  • Applicants who completed their previous studies in an English-taught program in a non-English-speaking country must submit an official letter from their university stating that the language of instruction was English.”

  • Foreigner physical examination form. (usually issued within 6 months before the application submission date).

  • Non-criminal record report (usually issued within six months before the application submission date).
