1. Service Scope

Nusaiba Edu offers educational consultancy services including, but not limited to:

  • Application processing
  • Visa assistance
  • Pre-departure support
  • Language training support (English/Chinese)
  • Communication between students and universities

Nusaiba Edu is not a university, immigration authority, or government body.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, students must:

  1. Be at least 18 years old, or have legal guardian consent if under 18
  2. Provide accurate and honest information
  3. Be eligible to study abroad under the laws of their country and the destination country

3. Student Responsibilities

  • Students agree to: Submit complete and accurate documents within required timelines
  • Attend all required interviews, language classes, or preparation sessions
  • Follow the visa and university rules and deadlines
  • Cooperate with Nusaiba Edu and university instructions
  • Failure to fulfill responsibilities may result in delays, admission rejection, or visa denial. Nusaiba Edu is not liable for such outcomes.

4. Nusaiba Edu Responsibilities

  • Nusaiba Edu will: Guide students throughout the application and admission process
  • Submit applications and communicate with universities as per agreements
  • Provide visa support documents, interview preparation, and guidance
  • Maintain confidentiality of student data

Note: Nusaiba Edu does not guarantee  visa approval. Decisions are made by the respective universities and embassies.

5. Fees and Payments

  • All fees must be paid in full before services begin
  • Payment methods and deadlines will be clearly communicated
  • Non-refundable services will be outlined before payment
  • Late payments may result in delayed processing
  • For refund conditions, please refer to our official Refund Policy.

6. Refunds

Refunds (full or partial) are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy. Nusaiba Edu reserves the right to deny a refund if terms and conditions are violated or if false information is provided by the student.

7. Use of Website and Content

All content on Nusaiba Edu’s website is protected by copyright Users may not copy, distribute, or misuse any material without permission Unauthorized use may lead to legal action

8. Limitation of Liability

Nusaiba Edu is not liable for: Visa refusal, university rejection, or government decisions

Loss of documents during courier or third-party handling Any financial or personal loss caused by miss-information from the student, Delays caused by universities, embassies, or unforeseen events (e.g., pandemics, war, or natural disasters.

Nusaiba Edu reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time. All updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China and applicable international education consultancy standards.
