Xuzhou University of Technology (XUT), founded in 1959, is located in Xuzhou—an important city on China’s Belt and Road. Originally focused on engineering, XUT has grown into a comprehensive university offering 71 undergraduate programs across disciplines such as Science, Engineering, Agriculture, Economics, Literature, Education, and the Arts. With over 23,000 full-time students and 1,800+ faculty members, the university is recognized for its industry-education integration initiatives and national-level education programs.

XUT maintains partnerships with over 40 universities in 18 countries and runs joint programs with institutions like Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University.   • A study plan of at least 800-1200 words;
  • Research proposal (at least 3000 words in Chinese or English).
  • Two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors.

  • Language proficiency certificates: TOEFL≥80, IELTS≥ 6.0 or Duo-lingo English Test ≥ 90; or Medium of Introduction Certificate.
  • Applicants who completed their previous studies in an English-taught program in a non-English-speaking country must submit an official letter from their university stating that the language of instruction was English.”
