How to Process for Application & Admission
Studying in China offers numerous scholarship opportunities for international students.These scholarships help build good relationships between China and other countries, and support cultural and academic exchange. The Chinese government, universities, and other groups offer different types of scholarships for students in various fields and levels of study.
Step 1 :
Prepare Your Required Documents for Application:
To apply for any courses at Chinese universities, you will require the following documents:
- A valid passport (Scan Copy)
- A passport-sized photograph (Scan Copy)
- Academic Transcript And Certificate (must be notarized)
- CV/Resume
- Physical examination form- medical results
- Police clearance
- Bank statements (for self-funded students).
- English Proficiency Certificate (IELTS)
- HSK certificate of proficiency in Chinese (if you have one)
- Two recommendation letters (Ms/Ph.D.) depend on the university
- Study Plan/ Research Proposal (Ms/PhD)
- Study Gap Certificates
- A completed application form
Note: All the Documents must be Original and genuine. (Non Criminal Certificate, Physical Examination Report, & Bank Statement can be provided later if not ready yet)
Step: 2
Submit Your Documents to Begin Your Journey with Nusaiba Edu
Once your application documents are ready, you can start the admission process with Nusaiba Edu by choosing one of the following options:

Applying by email is easy and straightforward. Collect all the required documents, place them in a single ZIP file, and send it to:

Step 3 :
Confirm Your Application Fees to Let Us Take Care of Your Application: When you submit the application form, you need to pay the application processing fees according to the payment invoice. Once we get your payment, your application document will be transferred to our application department, who will process your application. After the payment, you will get a paid invoice as the confirmation of your payment.
Payment Policy: Payment Process for Studying in China with Nusaiba Edu List of Payment Methods:
1. Western Union
If you can’t use bank transfer or PayPal, you can pay through Western Union. Fill out the form, show your ID, and make the payment. Then, send us a photo of the receipt along with the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) so we can confirm your payment.
2. AliPay/WeChat
You can pay the application fee in RMB using Alipay or WeChat through a friend or relative in China. After the payment, please confirm it with your Nusaiba Edu advisor.
Important: We must confirm your payment before starting your application. Tuition and accommodation fees must be paid directly to the university.

3. Bank Transfer (Telegraphic Transfer from Overseas):
International applicants can pay the application fee in USD via bank transfer. To do so, please bring your invoice to the bank and make sure to include your Application ID in the payment reference.
Please note that international transfers typically take 2–3 weeks to be confirmed.
4. Bank Transfer (TT from China)
If you are in China, you can pay the application fee in RMB by sending the money through a bank transfer. Use the bank details we give you, and upload a photo or scan of your payment receipt to confirm your payment.
Step 4 :
Now Your Admission Notice is Out, Let’s Confirm Your Admission: When your admission notice is out, we will notify you with the document. Then you need to pay the service fee according to the invoice. But, will you directly pay once we say your admission notice is out? No, you can verify your university, major, and scholarship from the university. The admission letter sample will be like this, varying by university to university. Here is a sample admission notice of Xian Jiaotong University.

Step 5 :
We will Courier All of Your Documents for Visa Application: When you will confirm the service fees, We will courier you all of the original documents like Admission Notice and Visa Application or JW Form. Step 6:
Say Goodbye to Your Comfort Zone, Say Hello to Your Dream
Once the visa sticker is placed in your passport, it’s time to prepare for your journey to China. Make sure to arrive before the university registration deadline as stated in your Admission Letter. We recommend booking your flight in advance to ensure you reach on time and begin your academic journey smoothly.
Step 7:
You are Welcome to China, Airport Pick-up Person is Calling Your Name: Sometimes, the university arranges free airport pick-up service to help new students come to the university. Other times, you can find someone who can help you to pick-up, with a service fee of $50$—$300$, depending on the city. But you must inform them at least 7 days before your flight.
Step 8: Register
Once you arrive at the university campus, your first step is to register at the International Office for enrollment and accommodation. This is a crucial process to officially confirm your student status, allowing you to begin classes and access all student services and benefits.
Step: 09
Obtain your residency permit and concentrate on your studies, which are what really count.
You can use your entry visa to attend classes and take part in university activities for a maximum of 30 days after completing registration at the International College Admission Office. You must, however, apply for your residence permit at the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau and the local police station within these 30 days.
Don’t worry, it’s typically a simple process. The university will often help with the entire process. All you have to do is show up for the necessary appointments. You can safely remain in China for up to a year after the Residence Permit is stamped on your passport, allowing you to concentrate fully on your studies.
