➤ Completed Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship

  • Submit online via the CSC portal and print a signed copy.

➤ Notarized Highest Diploma/ Certificate

  • Include your most recent graduation certificate (high school, bachelor’s, or master’s).
  • If you’re currently a student, submit a certificate of expected graduation.

➤ Academic Transcripts/Mark-sheet

  • Full academic records of your previous studies (All Previous Degree )
  • Transcripts must be in English or Chinese and notarized.

➤ Study Plan or Research Proposal

  • Write a detailed plan explaining your academic goals, research interests, and why you chose China.
  • Length: Typically 500–800 words (undergraduate/master’s) or 1500+ words (PhD).

➤ Two Recommendation Letters

  • Letters should be written by professors or associate professors from your previous institution.
  • Should be on official letterhead with signature and contact information.

➤ Bank Statement : bank statement showing around USD 3,000–5,000.

➤ Thesis /Publication Paper : (For Masters and PhD Student).

➤ Language Proficiency: Language requirements depend on the medium of instruction:

  • Must have a HSK (Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi) certificate (usually HSK level 4 or above).
